Government
Governments have set up local waste sorting centers to sort and recycle recyclable materials, mainly processing low-value recyclable waste such as waste foam, waste paper, PET bottles, and textile waste. In these sorting centers, GREENMAX plays the role of garbage terminator. GREENMAX's fully automatic horizontal balers can not only process waste paper, but also pack PET bottles into sturdy bricks. The vertical baler is specialized in baling textile waste, and the cold compactor is specialized in processing waste foam. After GREENMAX compresses these low-value recyclables, it not only reduces the logistics cost of subsequent transfer, but also makes them more valuable.
GREENMAX will have an in-depth understanding of customers' waste foam recycling needs and design the most suitable waste foam recycling solution for customers. Meanwhile, after the design and construction of the machine is completed, GREENMAX will debug the waste plastic recycling facilities to ensure that the entire waste plastic recycling system can operate normally and meet the designed technical indicators and recovery rate.
Waste foam packaging will be put into the feeding bin of the GREENMAX foam compactor and compressed at a high ratio for easy transportation and storage. The machine is equipped with dual-shaft crushing knives that can quickly break huge foam packaging into uniformly sized scraps. These foam scraps are then powerfully extruded by the compression device and screw to become compact foam ingots. GREENMAX provides foam ingots buyback services to customers around the world.
