CLL is a waste recycling company in Colombo, Sri Lanka, mainly recycling electronic waste, PET bottles recycling volume is small, and the recycling scope is mainly Colombo. Starting to supply pressed bottle bale from February 2024, and is our first pressed bottles bale supplier in Sri Lanka.
The bottles vertical baler used by the customer before has a low pressure power and a low pressure bag size, so the loading weight has been maintained at 7~8 tons per container, and the general loading is about 18-22 tons. As a result, the customer's transportation costs have been high, and the profit margin in cooperation with our company has been forced to be significantly reduced, which has also hindered the further increase of the recycling volume. After 2-3 months of cooperation, the customer sought a better solution from our company, and urgently needed to increase the loading weight, reduce the transportation cost, and achieve fully mechanized and efficient loading.
The customer knew the scale of PET food-grade recycling and the credibility of GREENMAX (GREENMAX is a machinery brand under INTCO Recycling), so after cooperating with our company for a period of time, he ordered bottles baler, hoping that we would help him provide a more efficient customized baling solution based on his specific situation and implement the PET bottles recycling project as soon as possible. After confirming the order, our company also delivered it on schedule.
After the customer received the GREENMAX baler GMVB-120, we provided installation guidance in a timely manner, provided on-site commissioning guidance services, and also put forward reasonable optimization suggestions on the factory layout and equipment upgrade according to the observation at the customer's site. After communication and guidance, the customer can not only use bottles baler proficiently, but also make more scientific adjustments to the layout of the factory, the production efficiency has been greatly improved, and the loading weight has also been significantly improved, the original can only press up to 150KG/bag, and now the initial test machine can easily press to 250KG/bag. Shipping costs are greatly optimized. The customer is also confident in PET bottles recycling and the prospects of cooperation with GREENMAX. The plan will continue to purchase and upgrade bottles baler from INTCO Recycling in the future.
